Brown Butter Marshmallow Pumpkin Spice Cheerio Bars

As soon as a saw a box of Pumpkin Spice Cheerios on the shelf I knew that I had to create a marshmallow treat version using this cereal! Drizzled with melted white chocolate and butterscotch makes this all the more delish!

Brown Butter Marshmallow Pumpkin Spice Cheerio Bars

Ingredients

• 8 TB. salted butter
• 10 ounce bag mini marshmallows
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 10.5 ounce box pumpkin spice flavored cheerios
• 1/4 cup white chocolate
• 1/4 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

1. Add parchment paper to a 9x13 pan.
2. In a pot, melt the butter until it begins to brown.
3. Turn heat to medium/low, add in marshmallow bag (not the 1 cup) and stir until completely melted.
4. Turn off heat.
5. Add in cereal plus the 1 cup of extra marshmallows. Stir everything together.
6. Add treats to prepared pan and press into pan. Sprinkle and press in a few extra marshmallows.
7. Melt white chocolate and butterscotch separately. Drizzle each on top of the bars. Allow to cool. Cut into squares and Enjoy!
